They are consolidating properties and partnering with private developers to build new facilities for city agencies. Learn about how deals are structured with the city as a partner, how challenges are overcome, and what is in store for the ongoing 1500 Mission Project, which is slated to include a new one-stop permitting shop designed to vastly improve the customer service experience for developers and construction managers for projects citywide.

In partnership with the Urban Land Institute San Francisco.
