California Senate Bill 9, a proposal to allow up to four housing units on any single family-zoned parcel statewide, is one of the most sweeping pieces of legislation currently moving through the State Capitol. It has also been one of the most contentious, drawing strong opposition thus far. But what would it actually change, and where? New analysis from UC Berkeley's Terner Center for Housing Innovation sheds light on what we can actually expect to get built as a result of the bill. Take part in a conversation about this new research and what SB 9 might mean for housing in California.
