Join SPUR, , and for a Part I discussion on Proposition 4, “The Climate Bond,” which seeks to address the urgent challenges climate change poses through targeted investments in parks, the environment, energy, and water infrastructure. This event will delve into the current impacts of climate change on California, recent budget adjustments affecting environmental programs, and the specifics of what this bond aims to achieve. We’ll also clarify what a bond is, how it works, and its potential long-term implications for California residents.
