    Public education is one of the pillars of SPUR’s mission. ϴhosts a quarterly calendar of events including:

  2. Who can attend a ϴpublic program?

    Anyone! Most of our programs are free to the public. All you have to do is pre-register on the program’s event page.

  3. What are ϴbusiness member and all-member events, and who can attend?

    ϴmembership offers opportunities to network, learn, and participate in deeper discussions on important issues. This includes access to uniquely curated members-only events. Monthly business member events are for employees of ϴbusiness member organizations. Quarterly all-member events are for both ϴindividual members and ϴbusiness members.

  4. Are ϴevents recorded?

    All online public programs are recorded. In-person public programs that are recorded will be marked as such on the event’s page. If you are registered for the program, we’ll notify you when the recording has been posted.

    Business member and all-member events are not recorded.

  5. When will a recording of the public program be available?

    Unless otherwise noted on the event page, if an event was recorded, all recordings are posted on the event page within a few days of the event. To be notified when recordings are posted, make sure you’re registered for the event. We will send all registrants an email when the recording and other resources have been posted.

  6. Is there a way for me to attend an in-person public program virtually?

    If an in-person program has an online option, it will be noted on the event page.

  7. How can I get a copy of the presentation materials?

    Pre-register for events to make sure you’re in the loop on when presentation materials are uploaded to the event page. All materials are posted within a few days of the event.

  8. I’m registered for an in-person program but can no longer attend. What should I do?

    Contact [email protected] so we can cancel your registration and open your spot up for someone else.

  9. My organization is interested in co-presenting or sponsoring an event. What should I do?
    Co-Presenting

    ϴfrequently partners with other organizations to co-present events. The partner organization helps promote a particular program in exchange for placement of their logo on the title slide of the program. If your organization would be interested in spreading the word about a program, contact [email protected].

     

    Sponsoring

    Sponsorship opportunities are available for select public programs. These paid sponsorships provide visibility through co-branding and the opportunity to welcome guests and speakers and to introduce the program topic.
