While ϴfeels that the Specific Plan has progressed well from the preliminary draft, we believe that there is room for significant improvement, particularly in the building vision for Oakland as a place that knits the Bay Area together; establishing Broadway as the main corridor in Oakland; and land use, urban design, and public space policy.
